Product Information:
All Dvah's products are available online and cut to order. The prices displayed at the Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars and valid and effective only in the United States. Each item is considered to be a unique, handmade product. Therefore color and texture of the materials used may differ from one another. Color displayed on screen is merely representational and may differ slightly from the actual product. Dvahs does not warrant against normal wear and tear, or damage due to accident or misuse.
Back orders/ Out of Stock Items:
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we do not have an item that you've ordered in stock, we will alert you in your Shipping Notification Email. Charges for out-of-stock items will be credited back to your credit card. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept back-orders at this time. We do try our best to carry the product again. Occasionally, we re-stock it. Once it is re-stocked we will let you know it is in stock.
Colors:
We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products in our Site. However, since the actual color you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

We will only process mail orders with United States Postal Service Money Orders. No Exceptions.
Once your payment have cleared with the bank, your order will be shipped.
We will no longer ship any orders via COD based on a few bad apples ruining it for the whole bunch.

We do not except payment with paypal due to they're not a bank. Which leaves you unprotected by Federal Banking Regulations when you use paypal. Since PayPal is NOT a bank, they do not need to follow federal banking regulations. All orders are inspected and packed by hand.
All customer order invoices are checked to make sure you'll receive the right merchandise that you ordered before being packaged.
All merchandise is checked and inspected for damages before being shipped out.
All packages/boxes are inspected after they are packaged/boxed for shipment.
No order invoices, items or packages leave Dvah's without our 100% inspection for your satisfaction.
